Treasure Watch — NT$888 per Search Round
Looking for something hard to find? We’ll search for your item and contact sellers to check whether it’s available.
Each search round includes:
Search & Screening — Search for one specific item based on your budget, specifications, and preferred condition.
Seller Inquiries — Contact up to 3 different sellers, prioritizing the most promising matches.
Follow-up — Follow up with each seller once if needed and conclude the round within 7 business days of acceptance.
Confirmed Matches — Share options once the seller confirms availability and the key details match your requirements. You decide whether to proceed.
Search Report — If no suitable item is confirmed, provide an outcome report. Any additional seller inquiries will be quoted separately for your approval.
Please note:
• Once we accept your request and begin the search, the NT$888 fee covers the search and inquiry work regardless of the outcome. Finding an item or receiving seller replies is not guaranteed.
• We contact only sellers with suitable listings; fewer than three may be available.
• Confirmed availability does not mean the item is reserved.
• Item costs, purchasing service fees, shipping, and applicable taxes are charged separately.
• Each round is a one-time service. You choose when to request another search—no subscription or automatic renewal.
Payment & Acceptance
Payment of NT$888 is required when submitting your request. We will review your request after payment and confirm acceptance by email.
If we are unable to accept it, we will issue a full refund. Your search round begins when we confirm acceptance and concludes within 7 business days.
