Price increase
With effect from January 1st 2022, our prices will increase by 10%. Please refer to below for more detailed prices.
For Buy/Bid:
1. NTD220 for each package we receive.
2. NTD22 for each item we buy on your behalf.
For shipping:
=< 2kg, LGB fee is NTD220
2.01 ~ 5kg, LGB fee is NTD385
5.01 ~ 8kg, LGB fee is NTD550
8.01 ~ 10kg, LGB fee is NTD715
10.01 ~ 15kg, LGB fee is NTD935
15.01 ~ 20kg, LGB fee is NTD1100
> 20kg, LGB fee is NTD1320
For purchase in physical store or meet-up with seller, it depends
on the location of store/seller.
- Taoyuan: NTD550 per trip
- Taipei or Hsinchu: NTD1100 per trip
- Miaoli / Yilan / Keelung: NTD1650 per trip
- Taichung: NTD2200 per trip
Our storage fee
We offer 20 days of free storage period. From day 21 onwards,
storage fee will be charged as NTD2 per kg per day.
ABOUT ACCEPTING PAYPAL
PayPal payment option is only opened for
1. specific customers with good credit; or
2. if the customer is having technical problem with paying by credit card (ECPay option).

Our company is based in Taiwan. We can help to buy and ship from Taiwan.
We are unable to provide support for managing import customs related issues in other countries.

Packaging of shipping orders
November 11th, 2021.
For shipping orders submitted before 7am (Taiwan local time),
packaging will be done on same working day.
For shipping orders submitted after 7am (Taiwan local time),
packaging will be done on the next working day.
We've decided to only accept PayPal for orders below NTD8000.
Credit cards are accepted, please choose "ECPay". The transaction fee is lower than PayPal.
p/s: ECPay does not need you to sign up as member. At the order payment option button, just select ecpay and click on "PAY" and it will lead you to the payment page. Enter your credit card information and the payment is completed.

With effect from October 1st 2020, return and exchange is not possible once the items are shipped. This new rule applies to all current processing and new orders.
The reason for this new rule is that we take unboxing videos for all orders. You are able to see the conditions of your items and have the right to request to check for more details. Such requests must be made within 3 days from the date the item arrived at our facility. This is the only chance you can do a return / refund / exchange. The return / refund / exchange are subjected to each seller’s own policy. Please read the seller’s description carefully and raise questions whenever you have doubt. Once the items are shipped out of Taiwan, return / refund / exchange are not possible.
Shipping Schedule
Our shipping schedule is fixed at 12pm, Mondays to Fridays, except Taiwan National Holidays. The cut-off time is 11am. Which means if you have made final payment for shipping before 11am, your package will be shipped the same day, otherwise it will be the next working day.
