1. Who we are
LetsGoBuy Taiwan Co., Ltd. (台灣樂購寶有限公司, company number 83110637; “LetsGoBuy”, “we”, “us”) provides Taiwan proxy purchasing, parcel forwarding, consolidation and international shipping services. This policy explains how we handle personal data through our website, member service and Facebook Login. Contact: admin@letsgobuy-tw.com.
2. Personal data and why we process it
Account and contact information: We process the name, email address and contact details you provide to create and manage your membership, identify your account, respond to questions and send service or order updates.
Facebook Login information: When you choose Facebook Login, we process the account identifier and information that Facebook makes available under your granted permissions, such as your name, profile picture and email address where provided. We use this information to authenticate you, create or link your LetsGoBuy account and maintain your login. We do not ask for your Facebook password. The information available depends on the permissions you grant and Facebook’s settings.
Order and delivery information: We process product links, order details, recipient names, delivery addresses and contact information to check availability, purchase goods, manage storage and consolidation, arrange shipping, provide tracking and support customs processing where necessary.
Transaction and support records: We process payment confirmations, invoice and refund records, and correspondence to reconcile payments, handle requests and disputes, prevent misuse and meet applicable accounting and legal obligations.
Website operation: Technical information needed to operate the site and login, such as session and device/browser information, may be processed to maintain functionality, diagnose errors and protect the service. Our website also uses Web-Stat visitor analytics to understand website usage and improve the service. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may affect login or other functions.
3. How information is used and shared
We use personal data for the purposes described above. Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need it to perform their duties. Information needed to fulfil your request may be shared with website and account-system providers, payment service providers, sellers, warehouse and logistics providers, carriers and customs authorities, as applicable. We share only information needed for the relevant service or legal requirement. International shipping may require information to be processed in Taiwan and destination or transit countries. Facebook processes information under its own privacy policy when you use Facebook Login.
4. Retention and security
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy and applicable legal requirements. The necessary period depends on the data, ongoing services and any accounting, legal or dispute-related obligations. Data that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised. We use reasonable access controls and safeguards to protect personal data.
5. Requesting deletion of your data, including Facebook Login data
You may request deletion without logging in to LetsGoBuy.
Step 1 — Email admin@letsgobuy-tw.com with the subject “Personal Data Deletion Request” or “Facebook Data Deletion Request”.
Step 2 — Include your LetsGoBuy account email address and account name, and state whether you want deletion of Facebook Login data, your entire LetsGoBuy account and associated personal data, or specified records. If you cannot access your registered email, explain this and provide an alternative reply address. If relevant, include an order number to help us locate your account. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents with your initial request.
Step 3 — We will acknowledge the request and, where necessary, ask for limited additional information to verify that you are the account holder. Verification information is used to protect your account and process the request.
Step 4 — After verification, we will delete the requested personal data that we are not required or otherwise legally permitted to retain, and arrange deletion by service providers acting on our behalf where applicable. We will process requests without undue delay and within applicable legal time limits.
Step 5 — We will email you the outcome. If any information must be retained, or part of a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the categories affected, the reason and the applicable retention basis. Retained information will be limited to that purpose. You can follow up by replying to the same email conversation.
Deleting account or login information may prevent further access to your account. If you have outstanding orders or shipments, we will explain any effect on those services and any information still needed to complete them or meet legal obligations.
You can also revoke the app’s access in your Facebook account’s Apps and Websites settings. Revoking access stops the connection but does not by itself delete information already held by LetsGoBuy; use the email procedure above to request deletion from our systems. This request does not delete your Facebook account.
6. Other privacy requests
You may contact admin@letsgobuy-tw.com to request access to or correction of your personal data, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or exercise other applicable privacy rights. We may verify your identity before responding and will explain any applicable limitations.

We will publish updates to this policy on this page and identify the updated version. For privacy questions or data-deletion requests, contact admin@letsgobuy-tw.com.
