1. About LetsGoBuy Taiwan

LetsGoBuy Taiwan Co., Ltd. ("LetsGoBuy", "we", "our", or "us") provides proxy purchasing, parcel forwarding, consolidation, and international shipping services for customers purchasing goods from Taiwan. LetsGoBuy acts solely as a purchasing and shipping agent. We are not the seller, manufacturer, distributor, or owner of the products purchased on behalf of customers. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are legally permitted to purchase the item.

• The item is legal to import into your country.

• You accept responsibility for complying with local customs regulations and import laws.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing:

• Accurate product links

• Correct product information

• Accurate recipient name

• Accurate delivery address

• Valid contact information

LetsGoBuy shall not be liable for losses resulting from incorrect information submitted by customers.

4. Orders and Availability

All orders are subject to seller acceptance and product availability. Many products purchased through our service are second-hand, vintage, collectible, limited-edition, or discontinued items. We cannot guarantee product availability until the seller confirms the transaction. If a seller cancels an order or the item becomes unavailable, any refundable amount received from the seller will be returned to the customer.

5. Pricing and Fees

All prices and fees are quoted in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD). Charges may include:

• Product price

• Domestic shipping fee

• Service fee

• Warehouse handling fee

• International shipping fee

• Insurance fee (optional)

• Customs duty prepayment (where applicable)

Prices may change without prior notice due to seller updates, exchange rate fluctuations, or courier adjustments.

6. Payment

Invoices must be paid within twenty-four (24) hours unless otherwise specified. Unpaid orders may be cancelled without notice.

Payment constitutes acceptance of all charges shown on the invoice.

7. Product Condition

LetsGoBuy does not inspect, authenticate, grade, or guarantee products unless specifically stated. We are not responsible for:

• Seller misrepresentation

• Missing accessories

• Manufacturing defects

• Cosmetic damage

• Wear and tear

• Differences between listing photos and actual condition

Customers purchasing second-hand items acknowledge and accept these risks.

8. Prohibited Items

LetsGoBuy reserves the right to reject any order. We do not purchase or ship:

• R18 / adult-only products

• Illegal goods

• Counterfeit goods

• Weapons

• Explosives

• Hazardous materials

• Restricted chemicals

• Any item prohibited by Taiwanese law or destination-country regulations

Orders containing prohibited items may be cancelled without compensation.

9. Warehouse Storage

Items may be stored free of charge for up to twenty (20) calendar days after arrival at our warehouse. Beginning on Day 21, storage fees will apply. Current storage fee: NT$2 per kilogram per day. Storage charges are calculated using actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is greater.

10. Shipment Processing

Customers must submit a shipping order before shipment can be arranged. Shipment processing generally requires up to three (3) business days after payment confirmation. Packaging methods may be adjusted at our discretion to improve shipment safety or reduce shipping costs.

11. International Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only. LetsGoBuy is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs inspections

• Postal operators

• Courier companies

• Airlines

• Weather conditions

• Government actions

• Force majeure events

12. Customs Duties and Taxes

Customers are solely responsible for:

• Customs duties

• Import taxes

• Brokerage fees

• Regulatory compliance

Where prepaid duty services are required, shipment cannot proceed until payment has been completed.

13. Customs Declaration Requests

Customers may request specific customs declaration values. However:

• LetsGoBuy reserves the right to refuse declaration requests.

• All declarations must comply with applicable laws.

• Customers assume all risks associated with undervaluation requests.

LetsGoBuy accepts no liability for customs penalties, confiscation, delays, or taxes resulting from customer declaration requests.

14. Insurance, Loss and Damage

Insurance is optional unless otherwise stated. If insurance is not purchased, LetsGoBuy shall not be responsible for compensation relating to:

• Loss

• Theft

• Damage

• Delivery disputes

Claims for insured shipments are subject to the carrier's compensation policies and procedures.

15. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the seller's policies. Returns may only be possible while the item remains in Taiwan.

Once an item has been exported from Taiwan, returns, refunds, and exchanges are generally unavailable. Service fees are non-refundable once purchasing work has commenced.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetsGoBuy's liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to LetsGoBuy for the affected order. LetsGoBuy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of Taiwan. 

18. Changes to Terms

LetsGoBuy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods vary depending on destination country and parcel restrictions. Available methods may include:

- DHL Express
- EMS
- Standard Air Parcel
- ePacket (selected countries only)

Not all methods are available for all destinations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is greater will be used for billing purposes.

Additional charges may apply for:

- Oversized parcels
- Special packaging requests
- Insurance
- Customs duty prepayment services
Shipment Processing Time

After receiving all required payments, shipment processing usually takes up to three (3) business days. During peak seasons, processing times may be longer.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided after shipment dispatch. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress through the carrier's tracking system.

Customs Clearance

Customs clearance procedures vary by country. Customers are responsible for:

- Import taxes
- Customs duties
- Brokerage fees
- Import permits
- Compliance with local regulations
Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. LetsGoBuy is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Customs inspections
- Airlines
- Postal operators
- Courier companies
- Government actions
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
Restricted Goods

Some items may be restricted by airlines, customs authorities, or local regulations. LetsGoBuy reserves the right to refuse shipment of any item that may violate transportation or customs regulations.

Insurance

Insurance is optional unless otherwise stated. Customers who decline insurance accept full responsibility for loss or damage occurring after shipment dispatch.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Proxy Service Nature

LetsGoBuy Taiwan is a purchasing agent. We purchase items on behalf of customers from third-party sellers. As a result, all returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the seller's policies and approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before payment is received. Once payment has been received and purchasing work has commenced, service fees become non-refundable.

Seller Cancellation

If a seller cancels an order or the item becomes unavailable:

- Product payments received from the seller will be refunded.
- Service fees may be refunded at our discretion.
Customer Change of Mind

If the correct item has been purchased according to the customer's instructions, refunds are generally unavailable due to change of mind.

Any exception is subject to seller approval.

Returns Within Taiwan

Returns may be possible while the item remains in Taiwan. Customers are responsible for:

- Return shipping fees
- Seller-imposed restocking fees
- Any related transaction fees
International Orders

Once an item has been exported from Taiwan:

- Returns are generally not accepted.
- Exchanges are generally not available.
- Refund requests are generally unavailable.

- Exceptions may apply only if approved by both the seller and LetsGoBuy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers must notify LetsGoBuy within seven (7) days after warehouse arrival if:

- The wrong item was received.
- The item arrived visibly damaged.

We will assist in communicating with the seller, but final resolution remains subject to the seller's decision.

Shipping Damage

Compensation for shipping damage depends on:

- Whether insurance was purchased.
- The carrier's compensation policy.

If insurance was not purchased, compensation may not be available.

LetsGoBuy Taiwan complies with Taiwanese laws, carrier regulations, and destination-country import requirements. We reserve the right to reject any order at our sole discretion. The following items are prohibited from purchase or shipment through our service:

- Controlled substances
- Drug paraphernalia
- Stolen goods
- Counterfeit Goods
- Replica products
- Trademark-infringing items
- Unauthorized copies

- Knives restricted by law

- Dangerous Goods
- Explosives
- Fireworks
- Flammable liquids
- Compressed gas containers
- Hazardous chemicals
- Restricted Transportation Items

Depending on destination country and carrier regulations:

- Aerosol products
- Perfume
- Batteries
- Magnets
Pressurized containers may be restricted or unavailable for shipment.

Customs Restricted Goods

Items prohibited by the destination country's laws may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for understanding their local import regulations.

Right to Refuse Service

LetsGoBuy reserves the right to refuse any order, shipment, or customer request that may:

- Violate laws or regulations
- Create excessive operational risk
- Expose LetsGoBuy to legal liability
- Conflict with company policies

Rejected orders may be cancelled and refunded at LetsGoBuy's discretion.
 

Seller Price Negotiation 

LetsGoBuy may, at its sole discretion, negotiate with sellers regarding the purchase price of products ordered through its services.

Where a customer has expressly requested price negotiation prior to purchase, any price reduction obtained from the seller shall be credited to the customer in full.

Where LetsGoBuy independently secures a price reduction without a prior negotiation request from the customer, any resulting savings shall be allocated as follows:

(a) Fifty percent (50%) shall be credited to the customer; and

(b) Fifty percent (50%) shall be retained by LetsGoBuy as a negotiation service fee.

Any refund, credit, or adjustment arising from a negotiated price reduction may be applied to the customer's account balance, original payment method, or future order, at LetsGoBuy's discretion.

LetsGoBuy reserves the right to determine whether a negotiated reduction qualifies under this policy and to make all final decisions regarding the calculation and allocation of any negotiated savings.
For the avoidance of doubt, LetsGoBuy acts as an independent procurement and export service provider. Product prices displayed on third-party platforms are subject to change and may differ from the final purchase price obtained by LetsGoBuy. Customers acknowledge and agree that LetsGoBuy may engage in seller negotiations as part of its procurement services, and any negotiated savings shall be handled in accordance with this policy.
